We're building our Washington team and hiring COTAs to work alongside our OTs in elementary and middle schools in the Seattle, Tacoma, and Bremerton areas. What we offer $38-$52/hour (part-time and PRN) or $65,000 - $75,000 /school year (full-time), W-2 Full benefits and 401(k) match $5,000 signing bonus Paid CEUs and a longevity bonus Full-time, part-time, or PRN Schools close to home, with the same schools all year A supervising OT and a team of SLPs, PTs, school psychologists, and educators A documentation platform that drafts your notes for you to review, so more of your time goes to students What you'll do Provide OT services in schools under the supervision of a licensed OT, following each student's IEP and treatment plan Build fine motor, sensory, self-care, and participation skills so students can take part fully in their school day Work with teachers on classroom strategies and supports Track progress and write timely session notes Communicate regularly with your supervising OT about student progress and plan changes What you bring Graduate of an accredited OTA program NBCOT certification (COTA) Washington occupational therapy assistant license, or eligibility to get one Pediatric or school-based experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting Reliable transportation to your schools Apply Thrive Therapies Group is an equal opportunity employer.
