Job Description

Personal Trainer Duties:
  • Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and fitness levels
  • Develop personalized workout programs based on clients' needs and goals
  • Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to clients
  • Provide ongoing guidance, support, and motivation to clients during training sessions
  • Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout programs
  • Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Maintain a clean and organized training area
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
  • Sales skills to promote personal training services and acquire new clients
  • Ability to adapt workout programs for individuals with different fitness levels or limitations
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
