Job Description

A-Plus Therapy is seeking an COTA from an accredited certified occupational therapy assistant program, for pediatric work in school systems and pediatric clinic in the Dothan, Alabama area. Position is open ASAP. Work schedule follows the school system calendar with after school clinic hours and part-time summer clinic hours. Pediatric experience is a plus but not necessary. New grads are welcome or seasoned therapists interested in making a change to pediatrics. On the job training is provided for therapists transitioning into pediatrics.
Duties include:
Following a written plan and goals applicable for IEPs for children in schools or clinic Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Alabama OTA state licensure Enjoys working with children Flexibility and great time management skills

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
