• Core Responsibilities

• Therapeutic Implementation:

• Deliver specialized pediatric interventions to drive motor skill enhancement and foster independence based on each child's care plan.
• Skill Enrichment in

Play-Based Settings:

• Employ clinic facilities and sensory areas to boost functional skills in grasping, tool use (writing, cutting, eating), sensory processing, and gross motor abilities.

• Collaborative Engagement:

• Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals like speech and physical therapists to provide comprehensive home programs, sensory strategies, and adaptive solutions.

• Documentation and Review:

• Track and document progress towards goals, assist in session notes, and support the supervising therapist during routine re-evaluations and care plan revisions.

• Resource and Environment Management:

• Handle and adjust clinic resources such as therapy swings, sensory aids, and adaptive tools to facilitate personalized treatment plans.

• Family Collaboration and Instruction:

• Qualifications
