- What You'll Do Our team-focused Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) deliver rehabilitative care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, supporting patient progress, independence, and high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.
- What We're Looking For Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program ✅ Current State Licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required ❤️ BLS/CPR Certification required While 1 year of direct patient care experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
