PYG Therapy is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide pediatric therapy services in patients' homes throughout Arizona. We work with children and families to support participation, independence, and development in everyday activities. Compensation Occupational Therapist:

$64-$92 per hour

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant:

$46-$75 per hour Rates vary based on experience, location, and employment classification Full-time, part-time, and independent contractor positions available Caseloads can be tailored to clinician availability Position Responsibilities Occupational Therapist Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in the home Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and established goals Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as appropriate Complete required clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes Educate parents and caregivers on strategies that support carryover at home Communicate with caregivers and other members of the care team Participate in care coordination as needed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Provide occupational therapy treatment to pediatric patients in the home Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist Provide therapeutic activities based on patient goals and needs Document treatment sessions and patient progress Support development of functional skills and independence Educate caregivers on activities and strategies that support treatment goals Communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist regarding patient progress and concerns Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team Schedule PYG Therapy offers scheduling options for clinicians with a variety of availability.

Opportunities may include:
