Casas Adobes is currently hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. This position offers the flexibility to choose your hours while working in a warm, resident-focused environment alongside a collaborative and supportive team. If you're looking for a fulfilling role with the chance to make a real impact, we want to hear from you. Minimum requirement is to work 4 days a month. In this role, you'll provide skilled, evidence-based therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. You'll assist with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities and exercises, and the use of assistive devices. You'll also monitor patient progress, communicate treatment updates, and support discharge planning as needed. Strong documentation skills, clear communication, and a patient-first mindset are key to success in this position. To qualify, you must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold a current and active license in the state of Arizona. While one year of experience in a long-term care or similar setting is preferred, we welcome dedicated professionals who bring enthusiasm and a strong commitment to quality care. Casas Adobes offers competitive hourly pay based on experience, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative atmosphere where your work is truly valued. We're proud of the positive culture we foster—for both our residents and our staff.
