Essential Qualifications:

Current certification as a COTA and active state licensure Experience working within a school-based or pediatric setting (preferred) Understanding of IEP documentation and goal implementation Ability to collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, and families Strong communication and organizational abilities Adaptability to diverse student needs and learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills, both individually and in groups Carry out established therapy plans under the supervision of an occupational therapist Document student progress, reporting observations and outcomes to supervising OT and school staff Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students needs and progress Prepare and adapt materials to facilitate student participation in school activities Educate and guide staff and families on therapeutic interventions and techniques Heres your chance to make a real difference throughout the school day in a collaborative, student-centered environment.
