We're looking for a fun-loving, enthusiastic, and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team! Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatment to pediatric clients (ages 10 months to 12 years) using evidence-based intervention techniques in our outpatient clinic, with occasional teletherapy services as needed. Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist (OTR/L). Monitor, document, and communicate each child's progress toward therapy goals. Prepare treatment materials and activities that support individualized intervention plans. Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote carryover of therapeutic strategies at home. Communicate and collaborate with outside professionals as appropriate, including speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, ABA providers, pediatricians, psychologists, teachers, and other members of the child's care team. Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation using Fusion Web Clinic (EMR). Maintain availability Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
