Job Description

Step into a dynamic educational environment supporting K-12 students as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). You'll work full time, partnering with an experienced virtual Occupational Therapist to make a meaningful impact in students' learning and development. Your expertise will help foster growth and independence for children across all grade levels.
Desired Background & Skills:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials and relevant licensure Experience or interest in working with K-12 students Solid understanding of school-based occupational therapy practices Comfortable collaborating virtually and on-site Strong communication and organizational abilities Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt to varying student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Implement therapy sessions and interventions designed by the supervising virtual OT Support students with diverse needs in classroom and group settings Monitor and document progress, reporting outcomes to supervising therapist Collaborate with educators, families, and school personnel to support student success Assist with equipment, modifications, and tools to aid student participation Maintain accurate records and comply with privacy guidelines
