Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Early Intervention (0-3) Early Stages Enterprises $35/hour | Flexible Schedule | Early Intervention (0-3) Join Early Stages Enterprises and provide meaningful, family-centered services to infants and toddlers in a supportive, low-burnout environment. Part-Time or Full-Time About the Role Early Stages Enterprises is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide early intervention services for infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This role focuses on supporting fine motor development, sensory processing, feeding, and adaptive skills using a family-centered, coaching-based approach. Services are provided in home and clinic settings based on family needs and your availability. This position is available as part-time or full-time , depending on your availability and desired caseload. Why This Role Flexible schedule — choose your availability No minimum caseload requirement (for part-time clinicians) Opportunity to gain hands-on early intervention experience (0-3) Supportive supervision from licensed OTs Combination of home-based and clinic-based services Meaningful, family-centered work with young children Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising OT Work with infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) Support caregivers in integrating strategies into daily routines Address fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, and adaptive skills Collect session data and maintain documentation Communicate regularly with supervising OT regarding client progress Qualifications Active California COTA license Experience working with children preferred Interest in early intervention and developmental services Strong communication and caregiver interaction skills Comfortable providing services in home and clinic settings Reliable transportation for in-home services
Highly Preferred:

Pay:
