Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active COTA certification and state licensure required Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred Understanding of IEP processes and therapeutic documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable to changing needs

Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement established therapy plans and help monitor student progress Support students with fine motor, self-care, and sensory integration activities as outlined in IEPs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress reporting Work three scheduled days per week, with flexibility as school needs dictate
