Under general direction of a Certified Occupational Therapist and supervision of District Occupational Therapists, assists in providing direct services to assist students with mental, physical, developmental or emotional disabilities that impact their educational performance; monitors the use of assistive technology devices and systems; assists in the procurement, preparation and maintenance of materials and supplies.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from High School and one (1) year of experience providing direct therapy to individuals in need of occupational therapy in a clinical or educational setting and/or possession of certified license in occupational therapy, or graduation from a certified occupational therapist assistant certificate program.
