• Provide direct resident treatment under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Help residents improve independence with daily living activities and functional mobility
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Assist with restorative nursing programs and staff education
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families
• Participate in care conferences and rehab meetings
• Educate residents and caregivers on safety, home programs, and fall prevention
• Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices to support independence
• Maintain a safe and positive treatment environment
• Support quality improvement and rehabilitation initiatives Qualifications ✔ Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program ✔ Current California COTA License in good standing ✔ CPR Certification if required by licensure ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✔ New grads are encouraged to apply!
