Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Active COTA license in California, or eligibility to obtain Experience providing occupational therapy services to pediatric or school-aged populations Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting Adaptability and problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an OTR/L Work one-on-one and in group settings with students to help improve daily living and academic-related skills Collect and track data to monitor student progress, participating in IEP meetings as needed Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, families, and other service providers Maintain detailed records in compliance with applicable regulations and district standards Foster a positive and supportive environment that empowers students to reach their highest potential
