Local Pay Rate:

• $85/hour
• ? Minimum Requirements
• + Current COTA certification or licensure in the state of practice + Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program + Minimum one year of OTA experience preferred + Pediatric experience preferred + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable) + Current health certificate (per contract/state requirements) + Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age + Adheres to all applicable professional standards of practice •?
