First Expressions Speech-Language Pathology Services, Inc. is excited to expand into Moreno Valley, California , with our newest clinic opening in November 2026! We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our new Moreno Valley clinic from the beginning and help create a positive, collaborative environment for the children and families we serve. What You'll Do The ideal candidate is a COTA who enjoys working with children and thrives within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and alongside OTs, SLPs, SLPAs, PTs, and PTAs to support children with sensory processing differences, feeding challenges, fine and gross motor delays, and difficulties with activities of daily living.
Responsibilities include:
Providing individualized occupational therapy treatment to a diverse pediatric caseload under the supervision of a licensed OT Implementing established plans of care and evidence-based treatment strategies Completing timely and accurate treatment documentation in accordance with state, payer, and company guidelines Communicating treatment goals, progress, and strategies with parents, caregivers, and members of the interdisciplinary team Collaborating with supervising OTs and other disciplines to promote continuity of care Creating engaging, functional, and child-centered therapy experiences Contributing to a supportive, positive, and team-oriented clinic culture Why Join First Expressions?
