Qualifications:

Active and valid California COTA license required Demonstrated experience in a school-based setting Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Compassionate approach to supporting students of varying abilities Flexibility to travel between different school sites Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes in diverse educational environments What you'll do: Provide occupational therapy support services under the supervision of licensed therapists Assist with developing and implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs) Work closely with teachers, counselors, and families to facilitate student success Contribute to assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation Adapt activities and environments to promote student engagement and independence Support both group and one-on-one interventions as needed
