Midtown Oaks Post Acute is seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our outstanding rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. $45.00-$50.00 per hour Flexible part-time schedule Collaborative interdisciplinary team Supportive leadership Modern therapy programs and equipment Opportunities for professional growth and development Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist patients in improving functional mobility and independence with daily activities Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately Communicate effectively with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families Support discharge planning and continuity of care Maintain compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations Qualifications Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to work effectively in a team environment Why Midtown Oaks Post Acute?
