Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active COTA certification and licensure in California Experience providing occupational therapy services in school settings strongly preferred Comfortable working with a diverse K-12th grade caseload Strong communication, adaptability, and organization skills Confidence utilizing digital platforms and collaborating with a virtual OT supervisorKey Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed OT Execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, fellow therapists, and families to promote student success Contribute to assessments, data collection, and the creation of therapy materials Support students' development of fine motor, sensory processing, and functional life skillsBenefits & Perks:
