$110K-$120K/year (based on experience)Incentives:
$20K Sign on Bonus +Unlimited Monthly Student Loan Repayment Assistance Our Santa Monica Hand Therapy clinic is seeking a dynamic outpatient Occupational Therapist with experience treating hand and elbow conditions and an interest in pursuing CHT certification (if not already certified). In this role, you'll provide exceptional patient care while supporting daily clinic operations. You'll join a collaborative team of 2 PTs, 1 OT, 1 CHT, and 1 PTA in a general orthopedics and hand therapy-focused clinic. You'll work alongside a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in a specialty setting and have access to a structured mentorship program, including a dedicated CHT mentor, Upper Extremity Journal Club, and CHT study group. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy CPR certification Valid driver's license Minimum 3 years of experience requiredPreferred Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferredAdditional Data:
