Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Up to $42/hr | School Schedule | Temple City, CA School-based role | Weekdays only | Paid weekly This school-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant role supports students across Temple City with motor, sensory, play, and self-care skills that directly impact learning. You will work alongside licensed occupational therapists in a structured school setting with predictable hours and consistent support. This role is a great fit for a COTA looking for steady weekday work and the ability to focus on student progress without nights or weekends. Why You Should Apply Up to $42 per hour, paid weekly Monday through Friday school schedule No nights, weekends, or holidays Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more are available starting on the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment. School-based setting with a consistent caseload Collaborative environment with therapists and school staff Opportunity to support meaningful student outcomes What You'll Do Support occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT Provide hands-on therapy focused on motor, sensory, play, and self-care skills Assist with student evaluations and progress tracking Follow treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and school staff Document services and student progress as required What You'll Bring Active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license Current NBCOT certification Graduation from an AOTA-accredited OTA program Experience or interest in school-based therapy Ability to work well within a team setting Clear communication and basic documentation skills Take the next step into a school-based COTA role that offers steady hours and consistent support!
