We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Union City, CA . You'll work alongside experienced Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, family-centered therapy to children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, orthopedic, neurological, and motor needs. RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve fine motor, sensory processing, self-help, visual-motor, and functional skills. Collaborate with OTs, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and families to support each child's progress. Document treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a positive, engaging, and therapeutic clinic environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license. Pediatric experience preferred (fieldwork or professional experience welcomed). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for working with children and their families.
