Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
Salary:
$35-$40/hr, depending on experience
Schedule:
Flexible Schedule, Sunday-Saturday About the Role As our PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you'll help patients improve independence, function, and quality of life while working alongside a collaborative in-house rehabilitation team. This role provides flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population across inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient services, and long-term care. What You'll Do Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Help patients improve activities of daily living, mobility, safety, and independence Work with a mix of short-term rehabilitation, post-hospital recovery, outpatient, and long-term care patients Communicate patient progress and treatment outcomes with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team Support patient and caregiver education Contribute to discharge planning and continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records Qualifications Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Colorado Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply
