Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing home health therapy team. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver one-on-one patient care in the home setting, helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and restore daily function after illness, injury, or surgery.

What Youll DoProvide occupational therapy treatments in home health settings under the direction of an Occupational TherapistSupport patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobilityAssist in improving strength, coordination, balance, and functional independenceDeliver care focused on rehabilitation, recovery, and quality of life improvementFollow infection control, safety, and universal precautionsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams What Were Looking ForActive Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licenseCurrent CPR certificationValid drivers license and reliable transportationHome health or skilled nursing facility experience preferredExperience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred but not required Physical RequirementsAbility to perform hands-on patient care in home environmentsMust be able to stand, walk, squat, kneel, crawl, and climb as neededAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs Why Join Us?
