Our Clinical Directors provide the mentorship and resources you need to handle caseloads with confidence, and if you join us as a COTA, you'll always have a supervising Occupational Therapist behind you.
Position Highlights OT or COTA Both Welcome:
We're filling one part-time seat and are glad to consider either a licensed OT or a COTA.Truly Part-Time:
8-15 hours per week, just 1-2 days, depending on location. Ideal as a supplement to private practice, a second assignment, or a semi-retired schedule.Choose Your Community:

SkyAbove handles payroll, credentialing, and liability coverage with bi-weekly direct deposit. Responsibilities — Occupational Therapist Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students on an IEP caseload. Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and present findings at IEP meetings. Develop IEP goals, monitor progress, and adjust intervention plans. Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-help, and functional classroom access needs. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to embed OT strategies into daily routines. Responsibilities — COTA Deliver direct occupational therapy services in accordance with the treatment plan established by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Implement therapy activities supporting fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional classroom goals. Document session data and student progress; communicate observations to the supervising OT. Support adaptive equipment use and classroom-based strategies.Compensation & Benefits Schedule:
Part-time, 8-15 hours per week (1-2 days), in person.Pay:
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L): $60-72/hr, based on experienceCOTA:
$42-50/hr, based on experience Bi-weekly direct depositMileage:

Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L). Current NBCOT Certification.For COTAs:
Active Colorado Occupational Therapy Assistant license. Current NBCOT Certification. Work performed under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.For both:
School-based or pediatric experience preferred. Reliable transportation and comfort with mountain-corridor driving in winter conditions.Pay:
$60.00 - $72.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 15.0 per weekBenefits:
