Key Responsibilities:
Follow state laws and treatment plans under supervision of an OT Instruct and assist patients with evidence-based therapy within legal scope Monitor, document, and report patient responses and condition changes Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members about therapy Adapt to diverse home environments regardless of patient background
Qualifications & Skills:
Current OT Assistant licensure in the practice state Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation
Preferred:
CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
