We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide quality therapy services within a healthcare setting.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing therapy treatments as delegated by the supervising therapist. Communicating residents' progress and treatment updates to the therapist and physician. Assisting with resident care activities and maintaining accurate department records. Consulting with healthcare professionals regarding residents' condition changes during treatment.
Qualifications and skills required:
Graduation from an accredited therapy assistant program and eligibility for certification/licensure per state regulations. Registration or eligibility for registration as a therapy assistant in Colorado. Ability to understand medical terminology relevant to therapy and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and physicians.
