Job Description

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Sheriden Woods Civita Care Center Bristol, CT $30-$33/hour | Full-Time Post Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a setting where you can build meaningful connections with residents.
Position Overview:
You will carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, helping residents improve their ability to complete everyday tasks safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead individual and small group therapy sessions Assist with mobility, positioning, and task-specific training Encourage participation and motivate residents throughout treatment Observe changes in condition and report to the OT Maintain clear and timely documentation
