• 33/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Glen Hill.

This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work closely with residents as they regain everyday skills, improve functional abilities, and work toward greater independence. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Follow individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising OT Observe resident performance and communicate progress or changes to the clinical team Reinforce adaptive techniques, therapeutic activities, and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $30
