Qualifications & Experience:

Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred Ability to adapt to a variety of classroom environments and student needs Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, families, and students Flexibility for travel and willingness to be on-site full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Work closely with occupational therapists to implement treatment plans tailored to each student's goals Collect data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings, case review sessions, and team conferences Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and regulations
