Occupational Therapist Sign-on incentive ($6000 for full-time hires) Company Description Beacon Services of Connecticut provides home-based pediatric services for families with infants, toddlers from birth to three years of age. Our interdisciplinary teams collaborate to support families, offering evidence-based interventions at a critical time in a child's development. Job Description Our Occupational Therapists deliver intervention to families where they live by supporting the evaluation of young children's current abilities using developmental and motor assessments. Clinicians interpret evaluation results, work as part of a team to develop individualized plans and use evidence-based intervention to facilitate children's participation within the home and community. Clinicians also support the transition from community to school services.
