2996666430-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Seabright School and Therapy Staffing seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support students in school-based settings across partner districts. Working under the supervision of an OTR/L, you will deliver direct and consultative services, implement IEP goals, and document student progress. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, related service providers, and families to improve access to curriculum, increase independence, and support sensory and fine-motor skills. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an OTR/L in school settings Implement IEP goals using evidence-based interventions to support fine motor, sensory, and functional skills Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and assist with data collection for IEP reporting Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to support student access to curriculum Adapt classroom materials and environments to promote student independence and participation Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and school-based problem-solving as requested Travel between assigned school sites within the district as needed Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines and ethical standards Required Skills Pediatric occupational therapy interventions School-based OT service delivery IEP implementation and progress monitoring Therapeutic documentation and data collection Fine motor and handwriting intervention Sensory processing and regulation strategies Activity analysis and task adaptation Assistive technology and classroom modifications Interdisciplinary collaboration in school settings Time management across multiple school sites
