Compensation Salary Range:
$55,000-75,000/year
Routine Visit:

with 3% Company Match (after one year of employment) CEU & Professional License Reimbursement ($400 annually after one year) Paid Maternity & Paternity Leave Bereavement Leave Flexible Scheduling Supportive Leadership Team One-on-One Patient Care Employee Referral Bonus Program Opportunities for Professional Growth and Advancement Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist Provide therapeutic interventions to patients, including exercises, activities, and modalities Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Qualifications Active Florida COTA License CPR Certification Home health experience preferred but not required Access Home Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
