Our dedicated team works collaboratively with parents, teachers, and caregivers, offering support at our center. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our pediatric therapy team. This job involves working with pediatric population in our office in Kissimmee. The position is a part-time 1099 with the potential to grow into a full time. Benefits may include license fee reimbursement, liability insurance fee reimbursement, CEU's stipends, material stipends, compensation for no shows/cancelled sessions, compensation for paperwork and documentation time, among others. We provide a welcoming, supportive, and positive work environment. Qualifications The potential candidate must have: Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams. Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience while working with diverse patient populations. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases effectively.
