Overview Come work at our cozy, boutique style clinic! Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Occupational therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives! We are looking for someone Part time or full time. In clinic, No driving. We offer competitive rates, afterhours pay and documentation time for full time therapists. Duties Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility to support patient independence Implement treatment plans designed by licensed occupational therapists, ensuring adherence to established care protocols Support pediatric occupational therapy programs targeting childhood developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals—including physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and caregivers—to optimize patient outcomes Document care activities accurately in care records and maintain detailed care documentation for each patient Contribute to care plan development by providing insights on patient progress and response to therapy interventions Requirements Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)from an accredited program Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome! Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging basics Ability to assist with treatment plan implementation for clients with diverse needs including pediatrics and clients with autism or childhood developmental delays Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and caregivers effectively and compassionately Demonstrated manual handling skills and proficiency in client transfer techniques while ensuring safety standards are met Join us to empower patients on their journey toward improved independence! Pay:
$35.50 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 35.0 per week
