About Us Little Tesla Pediatric Therapy is a growing multidisciplinary pediatric clinic providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, and ABA services to children ages 0-18 years. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations of children's developmental, sensory, and motor skills (OT only) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions Collaborate with families and our multidisciplinary team Complete timely documentation and progress reports Help children build the skills they need to succeed in everyday life Qualifications Current Florida OTR/L or COTA license Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply!)
