Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - Join Our Team at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation, a renowned healthcare provider in Starke, Florida. Role:
As a COTA, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to design and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being for our patients. Your expertise will be essential in helping patients regain their functional abilities and reach their full potential. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans to improve patient outcomes Conduct occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and education, to promote patient independence and mobility Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in patient assessments, evaluations, and progress reports to inform treatment plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Salary:
$33 - $38 hourly based on employment status and years of experience
