We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with adults with disabilities and pediatric clients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients of all ages, including assessments, interventions, and discharge planning. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff. Our office is located in Palm Harbor. We have 2 openings for part time work, 1 in Palm Harbor area, and the other in Tampa/Brandon area.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to patients of all ages Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to patients Educate patients and families on occupational therapy concepts and techniques Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program or equivalent COTA program Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Florida Strong clinical skills and judgment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
