Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA Home Health PRN Pro Athletic Rehab and Wellness is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA for PRN home health visits in West Palm Beach, FL and surrounding areas. This is a flexible PRN contract position for a dependable COTA who is comfortable working independently in the home health setting. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and provide patient centered care to help patients improve independence, safety, ADLs, functional mobility, and quality of life.

Pay:

$45 to $50 per visit

West Palm Beach, FL and surrounding areas Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatment visits according to the plan of care established by the Occupational Therapist Assist patients with ADL training, therapeutic activities, strengthening, safety training, and functional mobility Educate patients and caregivers on home safety, energy conservation, and carryover of the therapy plan Document visits accurately and in a timely manner Communicate patient progress, barriers, and changes in condition to the supervising Occupational Therapist Follow all company, home health, and regulatory guidelines Requirements Active Florida Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current CPR certification Reliable transportation Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently Home health experience preferred, but not required Benefits Competitive PRN home health pay $45 to $50 per visit based on experience and service area Flexible schedule Consistent referral opportunities Fast onboarding process Supportive staffing team Schedule PRN Flexible availability Visits assigned based on service area and patient needs Work Location On the road in West Palm Beach, FL and surrounding areas How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed by submitting your resume.
