Your day may include:

Providing skilled ADL and IADL training Therapeutic activities and exercises Functional mobility and transfer training Cognitive and safety interventions Adaptive equipment training Fine motor and coordination activities Patient and caregiver education Documenting treatments, progress, and clinical response Communicating with the OT and interdisciplinary team regarding resident progress Helping residents achieve meaningful, individualized functional goals ❤️ What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current, valid COTA license/certification in Georgia CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for working with the geriatric population Previous SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply!
