What Were Looking For:

Valid state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Experience or enthusiasm for working in pediatric or school-based settings Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to varying student needs and environments Solid organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students as prescribed by supervising occupational therapist Implement age-appropriate interventions individually and in small groups Assist in developing and updating students Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate records and report progress Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families to promote progress and independence
