Job Description

Elite is seeking a compassionate and dedicated certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in providing exceptional home health and hospice care. What You'll Do:
Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Support patients with daily living skills, safety, and independence Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment Document visits and patient progress accurately Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
What You'll Bring:
