Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric team in Emmett. This role includes a blend of outpatient clinic and school-based services , allowing you to support children across environments and make a meaningful impact on functional skills, independence, and participation in daily life. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and collaborate closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members. Caseload & Schedule Expectations We believe in sustainable caseloads that support quality care and clinician well-being.
Typical full-time caseload:
~28 children per week Session length: 60-minute treatment sessions Schedule flexibility: 4 or 5 day workweek options Part-time caseload options also considered Built-in documentation time included and paid by the company Focus on balanced productivity expectations and quality-driven care Compensation Structure We offer competitive and transparent compensation: $27
