Key Qualifications:

Current Illinois clinical license (IDFPR) Active educator license from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable Comfortable with itinerant assignments between multiple school sites Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to changing schedules Completion of fingerprint-based background check prior to start

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement occupational therapy interventions as directed by supervisory OTs Work collaboratively with educators, families, and therapists to support student IEP goals Travel between assigned school sites to support students of different age levels (Pre-K to transition-age) Document services and progress, maintaining accurate student records in compliance with district and legal standards Contribute to team meetings and provide input on student progress and needs Assist in developing tools, materials, and strategies to promote student independence across educational settings Make an impact within a forward-thinking school district, gaining valuable experience in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.
