What You'll Lead Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations Contribute to program development and quality improvementWhy You'll Love Leading Here Impact You Can See :
