Job Description
Overview Expressive Speech and Voice Therapy is an SLP-owned private practice located in Naperville seeking to add a part-time COTA(1-3 days/week) to the team. This setting would be to provide therapy services at a therapeutic day school under the supervision of two experienced Occupational Therapists. About Expressive Speech and Voice Therapy was founded on the principle of empowering children and adults to express themselves authentically. Duties Implement Treatment Plans:
Carry out customized therapy programs designed by supervising occupational therapists.Guide Activities:
Lead patients through therapeutic exercises to improve motor skills, coordination, and functional abilities.Document Progress:
Record patient progress, report notes back to the occupational therapist, and manage basic administrative or clerical tasks. Requirements- Active Illinois Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience with pediatrics or an educational setting is preferred
Job Types:
Part-time, Contract Pay:
$27.00- $35.
