As a per diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Silvis Center Rehab and Care, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process for our patients. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with a diverse range of needs and abilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate COTA to join our team on a per diem basis.
Responsibilities:
Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans and conducting daily therapy sessions Work closely with patients to identify and achieve individualized goals and outcomes Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and therapy sessions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Demonstrate a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care
Ideal Candidate:
Has a strong educational background in Occupational Therapy and is a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Demonstrates a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a passion for occupational therapy Willingness to work per diem, as needed, and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
