Qualifications:

Current Indiana licensure and valid certification as a COTA through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) Prior pediatric or school-based experience is preferred Reliable personal vehicle for travel between multiple school sites (mileage reimbursement provided)

Key Responsibilities:

Implement student-specific occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist (OTR) Accurately and promptly complete documentation as required by the district and OTR Assist with the setup and facilitation of therapy activities, use of materials, and overall service delivery Collaborate with school staff and contribute to multidisciplinary teams to ensure students occupational therapy needs are met Support students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) by delivering prescribed interventions that foster student progress Carry out additional duties and tasks delegated by the
