POSTITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a •PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)•who values flexibility and high-quality patient care. This position allows you to set your own schedule around your personal and family needs. There is no set caseload. Ideal candidates are available to complete at least two visits per month to maintain active status.
COMPENSATION
PRN visit rates are competitive and based on experience. The hourly rate listed applies to meetings and orientation time. Higher compensation is provided for COTA patient visits. Full details will be reviewed during the interview process.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST HAVE a current, valid Kansas COTA license. Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a clinical care setting preferred. Prior home healthcare experience preferred. Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation required. Maintains annual TB test, CPR certification, and other required documents. Responsibilities Implement individualized care plans for patients based on assessment and goals. Assist Occupational Therapists in providing therapy services to patients in various settings. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
